When a claim happens, our team of claim adjusters are here to look after you, during what could be a very stressful and uncertain time for you. A claim is our chance to deliver our promise and stand by our commitments to you, our Member, as promised in the policy.

Name, driver’s license and plate numbers of all the drivers involved
DO NOT discuss who is to blame
If not, make arrangements to have the vehicle towed to the nearest garage with a secure compound.
A prompt and fair loss adjustment is easier when the damages are seen or noted before any repairs begin
An adjuster will be assigned to your claim as soon as possible
When speaking to the adjuster they will need to know:
The name, address, phone number, insurance company and policy number of all parties involved in the accident
Name and badge number of the police officer(s), if reported to the police
Address and phone number of any witnesses
Address and phone number of the garage where your vehicle was towed
Speak to one of our adjusters first
Our Members can choose the auto repair center to restore or replace their vehicle.
DO NOT sign any work orders with any repair shops that you are unfamiliar with

If the loss is caused by theft, vandalism or a malicious act, contact the police

Do not move the carcass until a veterinarian has been contacted
A certificate from the veterinarian is required stating the cause of death
If the loss is covered under your policy, we will pay for the veterinarian service fee
