Brian Brooks has been with Axiom since 1997 with the Zurich office. He is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior
to working in the insurance industry, Brian held positions in sales and customer service. Brian grew up on a dairy farm and currently lives in Grand Bend, Ontario with his wife Sheila. He enjoys being out and about in the community he serves, meeting his clients. When he is not working, Brian’s favorite activities are golfing and spending time with his grandsons.
Cherie Seys joined Axiom in 2019 and is located in our Strathroy branch. In her role as a Member Service Representative, Cherie provides support to both the agents and the members, ensuring that the quality of our products and services are provided expertly and efficiently. Cherie has 17 years of insurance experience and is fully licenced in the Province of Ontario. Cherie is currently working on her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Outside of the office, Cherie is an active member of the Squadron Sponsoring Committee for the #3 Striker Squadron in Strathroy, Ontario.
Bill Zwambag joined Axiom in 2005 and has 16 years of insurance experience. Bill is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario, and is located in our Strathroy Branch. Prior to joining Axiom , Bill’s work experience included Farm ownership, farm manager, Ontario Crop Insurance Agent, and Crop Adjuster & Auditor. Bill has a diploma in Agriculture Production & Management from Ridgetown College. He
is an active contributor to his community including a member of St. Charles Parish, Chairperson, Glencoe Agriculture Society, Middlesex 4-H, Trustee, Ontario 4-H, to name a few. Bill’s specialty is farm, livestock, crops and residential policies.
Colleen Faulds Walden joined Axiom in 2000 with the Zurich branch and resides in Varna, Ontario. She is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to working for Axiom, Colleen was employed with OMAFRA. Colleen attended Conestoga College with a diploma in business and regularly attends continuing education provided by our industry association. In her community, Colleen serves as the Secretary-Treasurer for Baird’s Cemetery. When she is not busy being of service to her family, clients, community and colleagues, Colleen enjoys being outside kayaking, snorkeling, skiing, crossbow hunting and hiking.
Donna McPhail has been with Axiom with the Strathroy branch since 2001. She is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry. Donna attended Westervelt Business College and has started her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP). Prior to working in insurance, Donna worked in the financial sector as well as with Lambton Elderly Outreach. Donna is a member in good standing with the Insurance Institute of Ontario. When Donna is not working to serve her family and clients, she enjoys dragon boat racing and travelling.
Brett Blake joined Axiom in 2019. He is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Brett obtained his Business of Insurance degree through Fanshawe College and has also obtained some of his courses towards becoming a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP). Brett lives in Clinton, Ontario and is associated with our Zurich branch. Outside of work, Brett enjoys running, being a hockey referee, assisting with ice hockey school and shopping locally.
Chris Hodgins joined Axiom in 2017 with the Strathroy branch, and has 15 years of insurance experience. Prior to working in insurance, Chris held a number of positions in the agricultural and automotive industries. Chris is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario, is a graduate of Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technology and holds his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker). Chris has also started his Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP). He is a member of CAFA (Canadian Association of Farm Advisors) and the London Home Builders Association. Although Chris is skilled in all lines of insurance, his specialty is Farm and Commercial. Having grown up on a farm in the Parkhill area, Chris is very familiar and comfortable in all farm settings. When he is not working, Chris contributes to his community by assisting with managing and coaching his children’s sports teams, and enjoys boating with his family.
Corey Illman has been with Axiom since 2018 with the Zurich office. Corey is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Corey has personal farm experience, previously working on their pork farm, and enjoys working with farm, commercial and residential policies. Corey’s home community is Mitchell, Ontario. Corey’s most favorite past time is spending time with her family, camping, walking, and reading.
Jeff Williams joined Axiom in 2014 with the Strathroy branch. He is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has over 39 years of experience in the industry. Jeff has his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Prior to working for Axiom, Jeff held a number of positions in the industry including claims, restoration and sales, both in producing and management roles. Jeff is skilled in all lines of insurance including farm, commercial, residential, and automobile. Outside of work Jeff enjoys hockey and visits to the family cottage.
Jennifer Watt joined Axiom in 2017 with the Zurich branch. She is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and has 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jennifer attended Westervelt College and has commenced her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP). Jennifer has a passion for people and enjoys getting to know those she serves to ensure their families are provided with products that fit their individual needs. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys her favorite activities of hockey and hiking.
Laura Ingratta became part of the Axiom family in 2010 and brings with her over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. In addition to being a fully licenced agent, Laura also holds a BA degree from Laurier University, as well as the highest insurance professional designations of FCIP (Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional) and CRM (Certified Risk Manager). Laura is currently located in Strathroy, but grew up on a farm near Alvinston, making her very familiar with the Lambton/Middlesex area and the agricultural community in particular. Laura strives to provide all her clients with the best possible customer service.
Lisa McGregor joined Axiom in 2019 and is located in our Zurich branch. Lisa is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario. Prior to joining Axiom, Lisa’s work experience included financial services, business development and sales. Lisa is a graduate of Conestoga College in the Police Foundations program. Her insurance specialty is home and auto insurance products. Outside of insurance, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.
Paula Dunn joined Axiom in 2009 and is located in our Zurich branch. Paula is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario, and has been in the insurance industry for 32 years honing exceptional customer service and product knowledge skills. Paula studied Business at Fanshawe College and has her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. As an active member of the Insurance Institute of Ontario and the CIP Society, Paula engages in continuing education to ensure her experience is complimented by knowledge of changes in the industry. Paula lives in Huron County and has actively been engaged in the community. When she is not working, Paula enjoys anything outdoors including hiking, snowmobiling, and travel.
Angie Jones joined the Axiom Team in 2022. She is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario and previously worked for the Co-Operators. She is located in our Zurich Ontario office. Angie is firmly rooted in our community, growing up on a family farm in Brucefield. She is a graduate of the Agricultural program, from the Ridgetown campus of the University of Guelph. Angie enjoys being outside, boating, swimming, snowmobiling and being engaged in the community.
Steve Consitt joined Axiom in 2009 and is located in our Zurich branch, where he also lives. Steve has been in the Insurance Industry for 16 years and prior to that has experience in automotive industry. Steve attended Fanshawe College for business and has completed courses toward his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Steve is active in his community and has served on minor athletic and church boards as well as currently volunteering for the Bluewater Fire Department. When he is not working or serving his community, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
John is the newest addition to the Axiom Mutual sales team, joining in March 2024. But John is no stranger to insurance or the Mutual insurance industry as he brings 18 years of insurance experience. He is a fully licensed agent, with his FCIP and CRM designations and believes in continuing education within the insurance industry to serve his Members with the best service possible. John is local to the Strathroy area community and looks forward to serve friends and neighbours locally.
Tamara (Tammy) Donahue joined the Strathroy branch in 2001 as the Underwriting Manager, bringing several years of industry experience to that position. In 2007 she transitioned to the role of Agent and is a fully licenced agent in the Province of Ontario. Her home community is Ilderton/Denfield/Coldstream. Tammy is actively engaged in organizational projects and participating in company events, and supporting the community through donations. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

OIG is the dynamic duo team of husband and wife, Eric Gagne and Christina Furtado. Working together as corporate agents for Axiom since 2019, they are able to combine their passion for family and community engagement to provide a sincere “family looking after family” approach to their business. Prior to becoming a corporate agent, Eric first started his insurance career with Axiom in 2013 in the Strathroy branch. Christina brings her past experience in real estate and operations. Married for 21 years, Eric and Christina along with their 3 children enjoy time travelling, hiking, participation in sports, as well as quiet family nights at home.
